Our El Salvador beans are sourced directly from high-altitude micro-lots, nurtured by the volcanic soil and cool mountain winds. It's a landscape defined by patience where cherries are hand-selected only when they reach perfect, deep-red ripeness. The result is an incredibly balanced cup with notes of smooth milk chocolate, toasted hazelnut, and a subtle, clean sweetness. It’s coffee made for slow mornings, shared spaces, and those quiet moments before the day picks up speed.
